In addition to conventional academic writing, my scholarly work has been augmented by a critical-creative practice exercised through the collaborative making of film, participation in exhibitions, design consultancies and curatorial work. Representations of architecture in art and film are key to my research archive. Reciprocally, participation in these creative endeavours contribute to a practice-based research where the fluid interdiscipline of knowledge-in-practice provokes transformational thought in academic theorization.
